Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an important vitamin for strong immunity, healthy skin and eye sight. It has a strong antioxidant effect, which means that it protects cells from damage. Most often we get this vitamin from foods like: vegetable oil, spinach, cereal, eggs and nuts.

The most common symptoms of vitamin E deficiency include disorders of the reproductive organs, disorders of nerves and muscles, difficulty walking and a decrease in the body's defenses.
