Dried Fruits and Vegetables

Dried fruit is obtained thanks to various drying methods, in which 15-20% of water is extracted from the fruit. Compared to normal fruit, its reduced dried version contains a more concentrated amount of all elements. Therefore, one serving of dried fruit can provide a large percentage of the recommended daily allowance of vitamins and minerals. Due to its shape, it has a longer shelf life and is also a snack for every day!
