Turkey Tail or Coriolus is a vital wood-destroying fungus that was only the prerogative of emperors in the past. The fruiting bodies of the fungus contain polysaccharides , especially beta-glucans, which strengthen the body's defenses . This fungus grows mainly on dying trunks of deciduous trees. Turkey Tail also contains vitamin C, D2 and B vitamins. Among the minerals we can mention magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron and copper. Dosage
